I apologized as well as I could stomach and as we agreed. I will give in even 
to punk hoodlums, as long as what I say is correct (or reasonably close to it). 
Face saving is important for hoodlums (who lose intimate relations and have
only their sick ones). I know how to deal with sick people. But, I also know
how to deal with those who break the law?
Now, the question is: Do I go forward in other ways? Do I not only 
file police complaints with MN, but also with CA and/or Utah?? 

Monday. I will pursue this action if you all are nor reasonable men of your 
word (as you have claimed you were -- both thePsyko and Jimenez). 
Why don't you fake it this once for your own good? Or continue making being 
sick "fucks" your hobby. That IS all that is going on.

I am prepared to involve to involve the companys who own the servers in legal 
actions and will pursue all possible legal avenues eventually 
(if some reasonable resolution does not take place). If Jimenez is of interest
to my lawyers we will look at that too. The only question is how far along
different avenues do I need to go. I will not stand for slander/libel/
defamation and if I have to prove that that is what it is I will do so in
court. And, only in court -- where Dr. Packer can attend and her "stuff" can
and will be shown. Believe me, Dr. Packer would not want to participate in
legal action for Jimenez, though she would have to for Jimenez not to lose. 
It would be a pleasure for me.

I really do not know what your beef is. I see no inappropriate conduct by 
those on my side in the newsgroups. I never have understood why Jimenez in 
in this. I never even saw a post of his or ever responded to him nor have 
any of my friends and supporters. Why don't you inform me, if the answer is 
not just one a psychopath would give like "he just don't like you and wanted 
to toy with you and be a random bully". I do not think you could say what 
you want anymore than the bully on a playground, but you could prove me
wrong.

I know this might all be a joke to you. But, considering that all is well 
and dialog is normal newsgroup dialog (with no malice, harassment or anything), 
don't you guys have something better to do???

P.S. Do you know I have a 30 page ethics complaint against a psychologist
that has never been heard yet because the psychologist quit the APA. It could 
be submitted to other legitimate authorities to be heard. If the web pages 
of Jimenez continue to show falsely represented information linked to this 
psychologist, I will update the ethics complaint and submit it to another body.
This would take very little time and will be done next week if there is no 
cooperation.

You may well accomplish the OPPOSITE of what you want to (amazingly, this is 
true of sicko psychopaths as well).
