On a quick look at your web page I do find somethings illegal:

First:
8) BJ's Drawyer of Socks  For 2/3rd of "socks" claimed there, there is
no evidence they are Brad and most of them are not.  It is not
operating reasonably or in good faith to make such claims.
Even recently SEVERAL anon posters who are not Brad have been
labeled as him (their screen names were quickly added to the list --
similar practices have gone on for years)

Second, this accusation if false, intentionally defamatory and
malicious:

"Note, too, the fact that some of the aliases represent forgeries, such as those posts
purporting to come from the APA or APS.  Forgeries of individuals also appear on the
list: for Peter Hood, Leslie Packer, and Jeremy Anderson."

No true forgeries (using other peoples' names and email addresses)
have ever been done by Brad.  No forgeries of organizations were ever done.
(For example Am_Psy_Ass is not reasonably considered a forgery
of the American Psychological Association, even assuming the post
was from Brad and their is NO evidence it is.)

Please make the needed changes to this web page
(your host service uu.net is already informed of forgeries and
 databasix cannot be expected to last long if it continues to
 knowingly and intentionally support malicious intentional defamation)
