This is sooooo  easy. I would definitely pick Sanford Wallace.  

We could kill him, cut off all his blubber and use it to keep warm 
and light the camp. 

We could maybe get one good meal from his muscle (meat). 

We could then use his penis as a toothpick. 

The next day we could use his clown shoes as rafts and leave 
the island.
